Vineyard Room Banquet Servers & Bartenders Part-time Associates –
Positions require demonstrated customer service
skills and personality plus! Additionally the candidate must possess
knowledge of bartending and banquet service basics. Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to set-up and tear-down of banquet rooms for
events inside and out, waiting tables, bartending, prep work and maintenance
of uniforms. You will also work at Le Petit Chateau on Friday nights for
food service at Music on the Veranda and assist in summer & winter events.
The ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly is required, as
well as the ability to stand for long periods of time. You must also be able
climb stairs and ladders, work weekends and holidays. Friday and Saturday
night work is required. The applicant must be 21 years of age, possess a
valid bartender permit or be willing to get one and attend a mandatory
server training course conducted by the Indiana Excise Police.

Nashville Tasting Room
Part-time Tasting Bar Lead Associate – Part-time Tasting Bar Lead Associate - Position requires the ability to assist the Tasting Room Manager in all aspects of daily operations. Must possess demonstrated customer service/people skills with personality plus! The candidate must be computer literate, comfortable with technology, have the ability to assist customers with wine, cheese & gift selections, coordinating private label orders, make gift baskets, conduct group tastings, relieve store manager for days off and outside meetings and close the store. Must be dependable and have the ability to handle money and work until midnight on weekends.

You must also be able climb stairs and ladders, work weekends and holidays. The applicant must be 21 years of age, possess a valid bartender permit and complete a mandatory server training course conducted by the Indiana Excise Police.
Plainfield & Nashville Tasting Rooms
Part-time Tasting Bar Associates – Positions require demonstrated customer service skills and personality plus! Additionally the candidate must possess the ability to wait on customers, conquer the POS system, answer the phones, stock product and keep the tasting room clean and in order all at the same time. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting customers with wine selections, coordinating private label orders, making gift baskets, conducting tour & tastings for groups and assisting in summer & winter events both at the winery and outside the winery.
