All pricing for the conference and banquet facility is based on a four-hour time block with the exception of all-day meetings. The room fee includes tables, chairs, china, glass, linen and silver fees, as well as, set-up and teardown for these items. The refundable deposit is required to reserve a room and is the same price as the room rental.

Rooms are separated by collapsible walls so that adjoining rooms can be used as a single room for larger functions.  We can seat up to 220 at rounds if all three rooms are combined without a dance floor.  Time extensions are available for $150/hr.

Room rental is subject to a 7% Indiana Sales Tax and a 20% service charge.
